First of all, thank for you ordering from Purple Papaya Designs. I will do everything in my power to give you a pleasant buying experience and to provide you with a treasure that can last a lifetime.For my protection and yours, I handle custom orders through my Etsy shop. The steps to place an order are simple:

1. Create an Etsy account here. Only an username, password, and email address are required. Enter “serena” as the person who referred you. Confirm your account through the registration email.
2. Place a custom order with me here. Simply fill out the form, and only the fields for title, price, and quantity are necessary if we have previously discussed your design.
3. I will place a bid on the offer. Next, you must accept my bid here. I will confirm my bid and send you an email letting you know the ordering process is complete. (Don’t worry, I’m very prompt about these things.)
4. If you are paying by PayPal, there will be a link to use in the Alchemy listing. (If you’ve lost your place, remember you can find the listing and that PayPal link here.) If you’d rather pay by check, please contact me for details. Please do not send cash through the mail–it’s not safe!
5. Finally, after you receive your item and check to make sure everything is okay, feedback may be left here. I like to know that you’ve received your item safely.
